Chelsea Finn is an assistant professor at Stanford University who also works on the Google Brain team. Her lab, IRIS, studies intelligence through robotic interaction at scale, and is affiliated with SAIL and the Statistical ML Group.

In an interview, professor Chelsea Finn discusses her current research, which deals with the capability of robots and other agents to develop broadly intelligent behavior through learning and interaction.

She also delves into her beginnings as an MIT computer science undergrad, why she made the move to research, and the direction she is headed with current and future research.
