Peter Henderson is a joint JD-PhD student at Stanford University, and an OpenPhilanthropy AI Fellow and Graduate Student Fellow at the Regulation, Evaluation, and Governance Lab.

In an interview, Henderson discusses his research, which focuses on creating robust decision-making systems with three main goals: using artificial intelligence (AI) to make governments more efficient and fair, ensuring that AI isn't deployed in ways that can harm people, and creating new machine-learning methods for applications that are beneficial to society.
